Heute habe ich den ersten unweihnachtlichen Blogpost für euch – und das am letzten Tag des Jahres ;-). Und hierfür gibt es einen ganz einfachen Grund. Ich habe mal wieder eine Challenge entdeckt, mich in das vorgegebene Farbschema verliebt und sofort Ideen gehabt (und dazu tatsächlich ein bisschen Freizeit *juhu*). Da es eine Altenew-Challenge (August Challenge) ist, habe ich hier das erste Mal das „Majestic Bloom“-Stempelset auspobiert (und mein MISTI, dass mir der Weihnachtsmann gebracht hat).
Today I have the first blogpost without any christmas content for you – and that on the last day of the year ;-). And there is a simple reason for that because I found a new challenge with great color schemes (august challenge) I immediately had some ideas and actually a little time ;-). Because it is an Altenew challenge (august challenge) I tried out my „Majestic Bloom“ stamp set for the first time (and I also tried out my MISTI, which santa brought to me).
Ich habe die Blüte des Stempelsets in „schwarz“ (von Simon Says Stamp) und „ultrapink“ (von Hero Arts) gestempelt – mit dem MISTI geht das ja wirklich so toll – und dann mit der passenden Stanzform ausgestanzt.
I stamped the blossom in „black“ (from Simon Says Stamp) and „ultrapink“ (from Hero Arts). With MISTI that works great. Then I die-cut the blossoms.
Auf eine weiße Kartenbasis habe ich ebenfalls die Blüte sowie einige Blätter aus dem Stempelset in „soft granite“ und „charcoal“ (von Hero Arts) gestempelt.
I also stamped the blossom and some foliage from the stamp set in „soft granite“ and „charcoal“ (from Hero Arts) onto a white cardbase.
Anschließend habe ich die farbige Blüte mit Moosgummi, für einen 3D-Effekt, versetzt auf die graue Blüte geklebt.
I stuck the colored blossom on a piece of foam rubber and then onto the grey blossom on the cardbase for a 3D effect.
Aus schwarzem Karton habe ich mit der „Thank you“-Stanzform des Sets dreimal den Spruch ausgestanzt und übereinandergeklebt. Zuletzt habe ich nur den ausgestanzten Spruch sowie ein paar transparente Pailetten aufgeklebt.
With the „Thank you“ cutting die I punched out the sentiment three times from black cardstock and glued them on top of each other. At last I stuck the sentiment onto the cardbase and added some transparent sequins.
Für die zweite Karte habe ich zu Beginn ebenfalls zwei Blüten in „schwarz“ (von Simon Says Stamp), „soft pink“ und „rasperry jam“ sowie einige Blätter in „soft granite“ (von Hero Arts) gestempelt und ausgestanzt.
At the beginning of the second card I stamped two blossoms in „black“ (from Simon Says Stamp), „soft pink“ and „rasperry jam“ plus some foliage in „soft granite“ (from Hero Arts) and punched it out.
Ebenso habe ich die „Bubble Box“ von CAS-UAL Fridays Stamps aus weißem Karton ausgestanzt. Der Spruch „Ich denk an dich“ stammt aus einem älteren Stempelset „Gute Gedanken“ von Stampin‘ up, dass es leider nicht mehr zu kaufen gibt.
I also punched out the „Bubble Box“ from CAS-UAL Fridays Stamps from white cardstock. The sentiment „Ich denk an dich“ (german: I think of you) comes from an older stamp set from stampin‘ up which unfortunately you cannot buy anymore.
Die „Bubble Box“ habe ich mittels Moosgummi auf eine graue Kartenbasis geklebt. Dann habe ich die Blütten und Blätter zusammen arrangiert und nach und nach aufgeklebt.
I glued the „Bubble Box“ onto a piece of foam rubber and stuck both together onto a grey cardbase. Then I arranged the blossoms and foliage and glued it one after the other onto the „Bubble Box“.
Dann folgten nur noch ein paar Pailetten in pink und schillerndem Transparent sowie einige Herzchen um den Spruch herum aus dem „Kaleidoscope“-Mix von Litte Things.
At last I added some sequins in pink and iridescent transparent plus some little hearts around the sentiment from the „Kaleidoscope“ mix from Little Things.
